We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and passion-driven Vice President of Marketing (VP Marketing) to lead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about education and technology and is eager to make a meaningful impact on the learning ecosystem. Must have an eagerness to collaborate with an amazing team, get hands-on and bring creativity to the table daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Authentica Solutions’ business objectives.

o Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals and drive growth.

o Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand Authentica Solutions’ reach and impact.

o Launch multiple products under a unified brand.

Brand Management:

o Define and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.

o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

o Develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

o Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

o Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness.

Content & Communications:

o Develop a content strategy that engages and informs our audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.

o Manage public relations efforts to enhance Authentica Solutions’ reputation in the education sector.

o Oversee internal and external communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy:

o Foster strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and advocacy.

o Develop customer success stories and case studies to showcase the impact of Authentica Solutions.

o Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve our offerings.

Event Planning & Management:

o Plan and execute successful events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.

o Identify and leverage opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships.

o Engage with attendees and gather leads to support the sales team.

Team Development:

o Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

o Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

o Provide professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have

• 15+ years of experience in marketing education solutions, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

• Deep experience and/or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Extensive experience in the EdTech sector or related industries.

• Strong understanding of the education market and its unique needs.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing to international markets, with a deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural sensitivities.

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and technologies, especially those relevant to data management and integration in the education sector.

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools and platforms

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with a track record of successfully presenting at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
